The House Next Door Is On Sale
I't's brand new, never lived in, and almost 1000sq feet bigger than my house.
It's listed for 289,900 but I'm pretty sure you can get it for about 250k or less as Pulte Homes is very pressed to sale the last 3 houses in this community.
